Job summary

Maya is building an all-in-one financial services ecosystem for today’s generation. We seek a Relationship Management Specialist to nurture merchant relationships, promote cross-sell opportunities, and support onboarding of partners across North Central Luzon.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in digital banking, strong account acquisition and management skills, and comfort working with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital banking or banking industries.
• Strong background in acquiring and managing accounts, business development, and cross-selling.
• Experience with contract reviews, compliance alignment, and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of strong relationships with merchants.
• Promote ongoing engagement and identify cross-sell opportunities (deposits, loans, digital banking).
• Onboard merchants and assist in activation of products and disbursements.
• Establish and optimize relationships with key partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Core Profile: AsRelationship Management Specialist for bank products, you will support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with merchants, promote ongoing engagement, and assist in identifying opportunities to cross-sell key offerings such as business deposits, business loans, strategic partnerships, and digital banking solutions.

• Drivestheconversionofeligiblemerchantsintofirst-timeborrowersthrougheffectiverelationshipmanagementandbusinessdevelopmentefforts.
• Meetorexceedlendingproductdisbursementgoals(e.g.,MayaFlexiloan).
• Onboardadefinednumberofnewstrategicpartnersperquarteralignedwithbankobjectives.
• Driveactiveengagementandutilizationofdigitalbankingproductsthroughpartnerchannels.
• Leadcross-functionalcoordinationtodeliverpartner-ledproductlaunchesandcampaigns.

Whatwearelookingfor:

• Atleast3-5yearsofexperienceinadigitalbankorbankingindustries
• Strongbackgroundinaccountacquisitionandmanagement,businessdevelopment,solutionsselling,andcross-selling.
• Experiencewithcontractreviews,compliancealignment,andprocessimprovementisanadvantage
• Abilitytodevelopandmaintainstrong,productiverelationshipswithcustomers,partners,andmanagement
• Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,entrepreneurial,results-orientedculture.
• Demonstratesstrongcollaborationskillsbyeffectivelyengagingandaligningwithcross-functionalstakeholders.
• Based or currently residing in Pampanga, willing to handle whole North and Central Luzon region.
