Maya is building an all-in-one money platform to empower Filipinos to manage their finances boldly. We seek a Senior Enterprise Marketing Associate to drive campaigns and partnerships, enabling ecosystem growth with key partners.

You will own product adoption, lead go-to-market planning, and work with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and craft strategic marketing plans for enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience focusing on segmentation, product marketing, or brand management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to convert data into insights and decisions.
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning for personalized experiences.

• Own product adoption and usage of Maya Business products and its ecosystem through meaningful partnerships across key enterprise segments.
• Lead go-to-market planning from strategy, execution, to measurement of impact.
• Drive and work with internal cross‑functional teams to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover valuable insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment.
• Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations; help optimize marketing strategies.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
