Job summary

Maya is the all-in-one money platform bringing bold ways to master money. We are seeking a seasoned Partnerships and Business Development professional to generate leads, close accounts, and build lasting relationships with Maya business partners.

Based in Cebu, you will design and manage partnership programs, communicate with potential partners, assess program impact, and help meet short- and long-term business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business, Financial Institution Management Graduate or any related course.
• With work experience in banking, FMCG, financial technology, telco or e-commerce.
• Must have sales and marketing experience of at least 5 years.
• Field sales or merchant acquisition experience is a must for at least 5 years.
• Good communication and presentations skills.
• Goal-oriented sales professional.
• Must be based in Cebu, Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, close accounts, and maintain relationships for Maya business.
• Communicate, pitch and manage projects concepts with potential partners that lead to actual implementation that will yield agreed goals and objectives.
• Implement partnerships programs that will help meet short and long-term goals of Maya (acceptance, acquisition and visibility).
• Implement insights-led and data-driven partnerships and programs that will support key objectives of Maya.
• Organize and plan projects in a timely & efficient manner.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate impact of trade marketing programs to measure effectiveness.
