Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking an Architectural Marketing Manager to lead the Architect & Specification Marketing Program.

The role focuses on building relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors to increase specification and preference of Neltex products in construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Divisions to support product presentations, seminars, and project development,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural marketing, specification marketing, or business development.
Experience with architects, engineers, developers, builders, contractors is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction and building materials industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual Architect & Specification Marketing Plan aligned with sales objectives.
Increase the number of projects specifying NELTEX products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors.
Promote products at the design and specification stage of construction projects.
Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and other relevant marketing activities.
Ensure products are included in project specifications, material schedules, and approved-material lists.
Develop and maintain a project pipeline and market intelligence database.
Coordinate with Sales to monitor specified projects and convert opportunities into Sales Orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on specification activities, project pipeline, conversion, and sales contribution.
