Neltex Development Co., Inc. seeks an Architect & Specification Marketing Manager to lead the program, building strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors to embed Neltex products in project specifications and designs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Divisions to deliver presentations, seminars, market intelligence, and project conversion, while traveling to field sites as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural marketing or construction materials.
• Experience with architects, engineers, developers, builders, contractors.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials industry.
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the annual Architect & Specification Marketing Plan aligned with NELTEX's sales and business objectives.
• Develop strategies to increase the number of projects specifying NELTEX products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors.
• Promote NELTEX products at the design and specification stage of construction projects.
• Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and other relevant marketing activities.
• Ensure NELTEX products are included in project specifications, material schedules, and approved-material lists.
• Develop and maintain a project pipeline and market intelligence database.
• Coordinate with Sales to monitor specified projects and convert opportunities into Sales Orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new construction project opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on specification activities, project pipeline, conversion, and sales contribution.

About the role

The Architect & Specification Marketing Manager is responsible for leading NELTEX's Architect & Specification Marketing Program by building strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors. The position aims to increase the specification and preference of NELTEX products in construction projects by ensuring that NELTEX products are included in project specifications, material schedules, approved-material lists, and project designs, and ultimately converted into Sales Orders. The position will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical Divisions to support product presentations, technical seminars, project development, market intelligence, and project conversion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural marketing, specification marketing, construction materials, technical sales, project marketing, or business development.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, developers, builders, contractors, or construction companies is highly preferred.
• Preferably from leading paints manufacturing and selling industry.
• Good understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to conduct regular field visits and travel as required.
