Neltex Development Co. Inc. seeks an Architect & Specification Marketing Manager to lead the program, building strong relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders, and contractors.

The role focuses on ensuring Neltex products are included in project specifications, material lists, and approved designs, and ultimately converted into sales orders. Regular seminars and field visits support product presentations and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural/specification marketing or related construction materials field.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, developers, builders, contractors or construction companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Architect & Specification Marketing Plan aligned with sales objectives.
• Increase the number of projects specifying Neltex products.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, developers, builders and contractors.
• Promote Neltex products at the design and specification stage of construction projects.
• conducts product presentations, technical seminars, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure Neltex products are included in project specifications, material schedules and approved-material lists.
• Develop and maintain a project pipeline and market intelligence database.
