Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Neltex Brand Plan aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and customer preference.
• Develop marketing strategies and engagement programs for architects, builders, designers, engineers, dealers, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, events, activations, and digital initiatives.
• Develop creative and non-traditional marketing programs, including guerrilla and experiential marketing.
• Build relationships with influencers and decision-makers in construction and building materials.
• Ensure consistent Neltex brand identity across all channels.
• Contribute to initiatives increasing market presence, engagement, and profitable growth.
