Specification Approval & Brand Protection – Secure and monitor specified or approved status of company products in project documents and actively protect specified projects from substitution risks.
Project Identification & Pipeline Tracking – Identify projects at early stages and track progress from concept to construction, maintaining an updated project pipeline with probability and status monitoring.
Technical Presentations & Knowledge Leadership – Conduct product and technical presentations, seminars, and CPD sessions in coordination with Brand Product Managers or Technical Specialists as required.
Market Intelligence & New Product Opportunities – Identify market trends, competitor activities, and product gaps to support new product development, product improvement, or lineup enhancement based on market demand and relevance.
Internal Coordination & Cross-Functional Support – Collaborate closely with sales, product/brand management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure effective project handover, alignment, and conversion at tender stage.
Industry Engagement & Professional Representation – Actively participate in professional associations, technical forums, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen company presence and align products with industry standards.
Reporting, Documentation & CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of specifier engagements, project specifications, presentations, and approvals using CRM or reporting tools, and submit regular reports on spec-in wins, active projects, risks, and opportunities.
