Job summary

Bibo Family Entertainment Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Arcade Team Leader to supervise daily arcade operations and lead the team in delivering top-notch guest service.

You will ensure smooth workflow, monitor performance, and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable entertainment environment. The role requires coordinating with management, handling cash processes, and supporting promotions and events, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or supervisory roles.
• Experience managing a team in arcade or entertainment settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate Arcade Attendants, Cashiers, and Redemption Staff.
• Oversee daily arcade operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns.
• Monitor machines, game areas, and prize redemption.
• Prepare daily sales, operational, and incident reports.
• Conduct briefings, coaching, and staff training.
• Support promotions, events, tournaments, and activities.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
