Lotus Central Mall, Inc. seeks an Entertainment Operations Manager to lead our Family Entertainment Centers, drive revenue, and ensure a safe, memorable guest experience across locations.

You will oversee daily operations, manage performance, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with marketing on events and promotions. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in operations or hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, sales targets, and business performance.
• Experience handling events, bookings, and customer-facing operations.
• Knowledge of SOP implementation, safety standards, and operational controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of assigned entertainment centers while ensuring strong revenue performance, excellent guest experience, and operational discipline.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned entertainment centers.
• Increase party bookings, events, and guest utilization.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
• Monitor crowd flow, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and audit compliance.
• Manage cash controls, asset protection, and operational risks.
• Minimize machine downtime and operational disruptions.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift leaders and frontline teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing on events, campaigns, and promotions.
• Implement improvements that increase guest satisfaction, repeat visits, and profitability.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all entertainment locations.
