Job summary

Bibo Family Entertainment Center Inc. seeks a friendly and reliable Arcade Cashier to manage customer transactions in our arcade and entertainment center. You will ensure accurate cash handling while delivering excellent service and supporting daily operations.

The role includes processing varied transactions, operating the POS, and assisting guests during events and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college level; college graduate is an advantage.
• Experience as cashier, customer service representative, or retail staff is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Accurate, trustworthy, responsible, and detail oriented.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and other customer transactions accurately.
