Job summary

Strategem Ventures Management Inc. seeks a Bingo Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high service levels while complying with policies and regulations. You will supervise staff, track performance, and support the Operations Manager in achieving business goals.

The position requires strong leadership, scheduling, and budget awareness, with familiarity in gaming or entertainment sectors advantageous. Shift work and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, retail, hospitality, gaming, or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is an advantage.
