Job summary

Bibo Family Entertainment Center Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Events Representative to be the voice of Bibo, Playnation, and iSwing.

You will handle customer conversations on social media and represent our brands at events, ensuring a great guest experience online and in person. The role includes responding to inquiries, handling feedback, hosting events, and capturing moments for social media content while coordinating with the events and marketing teams.

Qualifications

Minimum high school graduation; college level or degree is a plus.
Experience in customer service, social media handling, or events hosting is advantageous.
Excellent communication in English, Filipino, and Cebuano/Bisaya is essential.
Comfortable speaking in front of crowds and engaging with families and kids.
Basic photography using a smartphone or camera is preferred.
Familiar with Facebook Page Inbox, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

Manage social media conversations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for all three brands.
Answer questions about services, pricing, promos, schedules, bookings, and event packages.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when needed.
Record common questions and feedback; share insights with the team.
Help prepare standard replies and FAQs for consistency across brands.
Attend brand events, activations, parties, and promotions.
Host events, manage game/activity flow, and assist guests.
Coordinate with the events team on setup, schedule, and materials.
Take quality images or short videos during events.
Organize and share event pictures with the marketing team.
