Job summary

Bibo Family Entertainment Center Inc. is seeking a friendly Arcade Redemption Specialist to manage prize redemption and assist guests in our arcade and entertainment center.

You will verify tickets, credits, and handle prize transactions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a welcoming customer experience during shifts, events, and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / College graduate required, preferably in related fields.
• Experience in customer service, cashiering, retail or arcade operations preferred.
• Experience handling prizes, inventory, or customer transactions is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with prize redemption, game cards, tickets, and credits.
• Verify tickets, points, or credits before releasing prizes.
• Explain prize redemption procedures, mechanics, and promotions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of redeemed prizes and transactions.
• Monitor prize inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Ensure prizes are displayed, organized, and in good condition.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve prize-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor and report discrepancies in tickets, credits, or prize inventory.
• Assist with arcade events, promotions, and special activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive redemption area.
