Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Arcade Game Attendant to join our Pasay City gaming facility. You will be the face of the arcade, greeting guests, guiding them through available games, and ensuring a fun, safe experience.

Responsibilities include operating games, handling payments, keeping machines clean, enforcing rules, and assisting with stock and maintenance. The role requires reliability, good communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, providing information about available games, services, and promotions.
• Operate arcade games and related equipment, assisting customers with game selection and instructions.
• Process customer payments, issue change, and manage cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Monitor the arcade floor to ensure all games and equipment are functioning properly and report any technical issues to management.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning duties on gaming machines, joysticks, buttons, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and monitoring for any suspicious activity.
• Assist with stock management, including checking and restocking supplies such as tokens, change, and promotional materials.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Enforce house rules and ensure customers comply with facility policies and restrictions on age-restricted games.
• Assist with arcade maintenance and setup as directed, including helping to restock and troubleshoot equipment issues.
