Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Pinnacle, Oracle, Odoo or similar ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers or clients
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
• Follow up on outstanding balances through calls, emails, or letters
• Record and reconcile incoming payments
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentation
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
• Generate AR aging reports and collection summaries
• Coordinate with sales and finance departments regarding customer accounts
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
