Job summary

Infinitysportsinternational is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team, ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and compliance with internal controls. The role emphasizes cash-flow optimization within our importing and distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, credit management, and collections processes.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring high performance and deadlines.
• Oversee processing of customer invoices to ensure accuracy and prompt issuance.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and credit/collections policies.
• Analyze and report AR performance metrics to senior management.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve disputes.
• Provide coaching, training, and development for the AR team.
