Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in accounts receivable or financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret financial statements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable department to ensure timely collection and processing of payments.
• Oversee invoicing and billing processes to maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
• Perform regular audits of accounts receivable to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable which provide insights into cash flow and outstanding debts.
