Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3–5 years in application/production support.
• Proficient in application maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Experience with data platforms (Cloudera CDP, Talend, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, SSIS, Power BI Gateway).
• Familiar with Azure services and data integration tools (NiFi, GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to keep applications stable, secure, and up to date.
• Maintain applications through patching, updates, and issue resolution.
• Support production deployments and system changes.
• Monitor and manage logs for performance and audits.
• Handle user access provisioning and deprovisioning per policy.
• Manage software licenses and user accounts.
