Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to steer the implementation and deployment of packaged software solutions for enterprise applications.

You will oversee the technical deployment team and collaborate with Solution Architects, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful configuration, testing, and production rollout. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in implementing packaged software solutions.
• Experience in leading technical or deployment teams.
• Hands-on experience coordinating software implementation and deployment activities.
• Experience working with software vendors and external technology partners.
• Good understanding of enterprise systems, solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment processes.
• Ability to work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation and deployment of packaged software solutions.
• Manage deployment activities including configuration, integration, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead the deployment team and ensure that project activities are completed efficiently and according to requirements.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to understand and implement solution designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including high-severity or complex deployment-related issues.
• Coordinate with software vendors to address technical concerns, resolve issues, and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure that project requirements, dependencies, and technical considerations are properly addressed.
• Monitor deployment progress and provide regular updates on project status, issues, risks, and resolutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, including configuration settings, deployment procedures, technical instructions, and customization requirements.
• Support post-deployment activities and ensure the stability of implemented solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, implementation standards, and technical procedures.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to deployment team members.
