Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to help maintain Temenos T24 banking applications. You will diagnose and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analyses, and collaborate with multiple teams to implement fixes.

The role requires hands-on Temenos T24 experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work under pressure. On-call/shift support may be required to ensure business-critical systems run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application production support, preferably within banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience supporting Temenos T24/Transact or related Temenos banking applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with interfaces, batch processing, system monitoring, and production deployments.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management is an advantage.
• Experience with banking systems or core banking applications is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to business-critical production incidents.
• Willingness to participate in on-call/shift support when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos banking applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production incidents, system errors, and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds to minimize business impact.
• Support Temenos/T24 application processes, transactions, interfaces, and batch jobs.
• Analyze application logs, database records, and system behavior to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with development, infrastructure, database, and other technical teams to resolve complex production issues.
• Coordinate with business users to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
• Perform production deployments, application changes, and post-deployment validation as required.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and incident/root cause reports.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required.
