Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our Manila team.

You will ensure applications stay stable, secure, and up to date, handling patching, updates, and issue resolution while supporting deployments. Applicants should have 3–5 years in IT application/production support, strong monitoring and problem-solving abilities, and experience with databases, RBAC security, backups, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or related field; 3–5 years in application/production support.
Strong in application maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments.
Knowledge of servers, OS (RHEL), databases, and RBAC security.
Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination.
Familiar with Data Lake & data platforms (Cloudera CDP, Talend, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, SSIS, Power BI Gateway).
Exposure to Azure services (Storage, Databricks, Data Factory, VNet).
Experience with integration & tools (NiFi, CML, GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus).
Understanding of infrastructure, security, and networking (OneFS, DMZ, SFTP, logging systems).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in production environments.

Responsibilities

Provides operational support to ensure applications are stable, secure, and up to date.
Maintain applications (patching, updates, issue resolution)
Support production deployments and system changes
Monitor and manage logs for performance and audit purposes
Handle user access (provisioning, updates, removal) following policies
Manage software licenses and user accounts
