Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Operations/Support professional to manage middleware applications, create Linux-based reports, and support deployments.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, handling incidents, and possibly working a 24x7 shift schedule with on-site client support in Ortigas, Pasig. The candidate should be comfortable with change management processes and documenting activities for client approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting middleware applications and incident handling.
• Able to develop ad hoc reports from Linux servers as required.
• Comfortable with on-site client support and shift work.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig, with possible overtime or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Operations and Maintenance activities in Middleware Supported Applications.
• Develop ad hoc extract reports from Linux Server based on approved user requirements.
• Facilitate deployment of enhancements and participate in change/release plans.
• Handle regular request fulfilments and document activities per client approvals.
• Manage incidents, relay to responsible groups, and participate in problem management.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide on-site client support.
