Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a technical support engineer to be the primary technical contact for APAC customers and distribution partners. You will provide troubleshooting, installation assistance, and training across healthcare, rehabilitation, research, and sports performance environments.

You will diagnose issues, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams, and document cases while traveling occasionally within APAC for onsite support and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in technical or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software products via phone, email, and remote channels.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related issues, from routine inquiries to complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners through responsive and professional support.
• Manage and document support cases accurately within internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and provide customer feedback to support product and process improvements.
• Develop a strong understanding of products, technologies, and customer applications.
• Support product installations, troubleshooting, and customer training as required.
• Travel occasionally within the APAC region for onsite customer support and project activities.
