TechnologyAdvice is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT operations for the APAC region from the Philippines, with remote-first flexibility.

You will own daily support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with the US IT team to align priorities. You’ll manage networks, devices, Google Workspace, and security across Mac and Windows.

This role emphasizes leadership through ownership and process improvements, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience across multiple IT areas including end-user support, security, and networks.
• 1+ year of leadership through project ownership, mentoring, or serving as a senior point of contact.
• Experience in a SaaS-centric environment using Office 365 or Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs and other cloud-management tools to support 400+ team members.
• Background supporting both Mac and Windows environments for end users.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills with the ability to investigate unfamiliar issues and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support and operations across APAC, including ticket management and technical troubleshooting.
• Investigate complex issues and identify root causes beyond standard guides.
• Partner with the US-based IT team to coordinate priorities and maintain consistent support practices.
• Configure and support networks, Google Workspace, device-management platforms across Mac and Windows.
