Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Architect to own complex post‑sales engagements across APAC, guiding customers to production and strengthening technical support coverage. You will work across the full customer lifecycle, focusing on architecture, implementation, and problem solving.

Based in APAC-friendly hours, you will partner with Product and Engineering, develop scalable reference architectures, and contribute to runbooks and samples that scale across regions and languages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar roles.
• Professional software engineering in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Proven ownership of production deployments and incident response.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments that use Deepgram STT, TTS, and VA capabilities.
• Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts and guide customers to stable production.
• Serve as Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Design reference architectures and implementation patterns for APAC customer use cases.
• Build samples, internal tools, or scripts to automate repeatable tasks for customers and team.
• Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs when deep technical direction is needed.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features and capture customer signals for roadmaps.
• Contribute to knowledge systems by capturing runbooks and playbooks.
• Participate in on-call or incident rotation to meet regional SLAs.
