Job summary

TP ICAP Philippines (Taguig City) seeks a capable support specialist to manage and maintain the Market Administrators trading platform for the APAC region. You will be the first point of contact for brokering desks and work with Sales and Product teams to test and launch new and existing projects.

Responsibilities include incident management, data accuracy maintenance, service logging, and proactive monitoring. Out-of-hours support for upgrades may be required.

Qualifications

• IT literate with basic networking understanding.
• Experience with system logs and XML analysis.
• Proficient in Windows MS Office.
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First and second line support for the Market Administrators trading platform.
• Incident and problem management; log, diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform proactive monitoring.
• Log and track requests using the ServiceNow tool.
• Ensure all incidents are logged for compliance and management review.
• Monitor support chats and respond to user queries promptly.
• Analyze system logs to identify trade flow issues between systems.
• Coordinate with product management on workflow and system improvements.
• Learn and understand brokered products related to the trading app.
• Coordinate internal training related to the platform.
• Support and test new software releases before rollout.
• Out of hours support may be required for upgrades and releases.
