Job summary

Waites is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive APAC revenue for industrial customers with our predictive maintenance solutions. Remote-friendly role with ~30% travel to customer sites and trade shows across APAC.

You will develop strategic plans, build multi-site relationships, recruit distributors, and manage complex sales cycles to expand Waites’ footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial technology or related sectors.
• Experience selling to large enterprise or multi-site industrial organizations.
• Knowledge of continuous monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability-focused solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets across APAC through direct sales and channel networks.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow enterprise accounts in APAC.
• Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, plant leadership, and executive stakeholders.
