Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Makati to manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC markets, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate will understand the APAC talent market and partner with hiring teams to align staffing priorities.

Experience in high-volume recruitment across technology or corporate roles is a plus, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer and hiring.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct resume screening, phone/video interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment progress, manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Stay informed on APAC labor market trends, local hiring practices, and relevant employment regulations.
