Job summary

Booth and Partners in Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for APAC-focused roles. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience with the ability to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates.
• Experience recruiting for a recognized, established, or large-scale organization/brand is highly desirable.
• Experience working with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction initiatives.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting within the APAC market; BPO, technology, corporate, or other large-scale recruitment environments is a plus.
• Experience hiring interns, graduates, or early-career talent is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment/sourcing tools, including ADP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and key stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce priorities, and recruitment challenges.
• Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, candidate assessments, and interviews to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization's visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns, talent events, university partnerships, and other initiatives designed to attract interns, graduates, and early-career professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Manage multiple requisitions and recruitment deadlines while providing regular updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on APAC talent market trends, sourcing strategies, local hiring practices, and employment regulations.
