Mace is seeking a senior talent acquisition professional in Manila to lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC, aligning strategies with business growth and stakeholder needs. You will manage sourcing, assessment, and offers, while governing ATS platforms to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires extensive APAC hiring experience, strong English communication, and leadership capability to drive diverse sourcing and reporting initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of recruitment experience with local and global markets.
• 3+ years in construction and project management consulting industry.
• 2+ years in in-house/client-side recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across APAC countries: Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia.
• Senior-level recruitment, assessment and offer management experience.
• End-to-end hiring for complex roles.
• Proficient with Taleo and Phenom ATS; data-driven recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive talent sourcing across sectors aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders for end-to-end recruitment ensuring capability, behavioral and cultural fit.
• Drive diverse sourcing strategies leveraging digital platforms and internal pipelines.
• Oversee ATS management, compliance and governance per regulations.
• Collaborate with TA Leader for APAC to build high-performing teams and report insights.
• Maintain talent pools across multiple APAC countries and deliver endorsed placements.
