Job summary

Uber is looking for an experienced APAC Talent Acquisition specialist to drive high-volume recruitment across Manila, Clark, Hyderabad, Vizag and North Asia. You will guide hiring managers with data and market insights, building strong pipelines and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-lifecycle high-volume recruitment, fast-paced settings.
• Ability to coach and influence mid-to-senior leaders with data.
• Manage ~20 concurrent searches with focus on quality and speed.
• Translate pipeline metrics into strategic guidance for hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across APAC.
• Act as proactive talent advisor to hiring managers and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor funnel metrics and optimize applications to interviews and offers.
• Leverage market data and insights to shape sourcing strategies.
• Foster internal referrals and advocate for employer branding.
