GoGlobal Philippines seeks a Manager/Senior Manager of Account Management – APAC to lead a portfolio of multinational clients across APAC and global markets. You will serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving retention, renewals, and commercial growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational clients across APAC and global markets.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
• Develop account plans aligned with clients’ objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on international expansion, workforce solutions, payroll, accounting, tax, and compliance.
• Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders to discuss performance and future opportunities.
• Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and scope expansion across GoGlobal services.
• Monitor client risks and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of global business trends and regulatory developments.
• Support business development initiatives and regional growth objectives.
