Job summary

CloudPay in the Philippines is seeking a Service Partner Manager to lead performance and collaboration of our in-country payroll providers within the Global Payroll Operations team in Manila.

You will work closely with regional Payroll Directors and Customer Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery, strong partner relationships, and continuous improvement across the partner network.

Qualifications

• Proven service partner management experience, including handling negotiations and escalations professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Track record of driving measurable operational improvements across processes or partner networks.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and experience managing responsibilities that contribute to business success.
• Payroll knowledge nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the successful execution of the global Service Partner strategy across assigned region
• Nurturing and expanding strong, collaborative relationships with in-country Service Partners
• Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of payroll services, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Working closely with regional payroll teams to manage escalations and resolve issues swiftly and effectively
• Championing payroll best practices and driving consistency in service standards with our Service Partners
• Leading or supporting regular service reviews and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
