Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is useful but not essential.
• Strong sales ability, work ethic and confidence on the phone.
• Self‑management and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Make around 80–100 calls per day to recruitment agency owners and directors across APAC.
• Qualify opportunities and book qualified discovery calls.
• Work Australian business hours (AEST) from a remote location.
• Use the provided lead lists and engagement approach to move conversations forward.
