Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline and bookings with senior finance decision-makers across the APAC market. You will own outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings for the consulting and advisory team targeting CFOs, Finance Directors, and VP Finance executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, SDR, business development, or lead generation experience.
• Experience selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, VP Finance, or senior finance executives.
• Strong outbound prospecting with high-volume calling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience selling into the Australian market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 50–80 outbound calls per day targeting senior finance stakeholders.
• Qualify leads against the Magic35 framework.
• Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders.
• Generate new pipeline opportunities via outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Support lead gen at industry conferences and events across APAC.
• Aim to consistently achieve monthly meeting booking and pipeline targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients during qualification.
