Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking an Outbound SDR to generate qualified opportunities through targeted outbound outreach. You will identify prospects, initiate conversations, and drive them into the sales pipeline, managing outbound campaigns and personalized outreach.

The role emphasizes persistence, excellent communication, and building scalable processes for high-touch engagement, with remote work and EST-aligned schedule possibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets.
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot preferred; familiarity with other CRMs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: identify and target potential clients via email, calls, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Personalized Outreach: create tailored messaging for industries, decision-makers, or company profiles.
• Pipeline Generation: build and maintain a strong pipeline with consistent activity and follow-ups.
• Lead Qualification: assess prospects and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: align with teams to refine ICPs and improve messaging.
• CRM Management: maintain accurate outreach records in the CRM.
• Process Building & Optimization: develop and scale high-touch outbound processes.
