• 3+ years experience in SDR/BD/Inside Sales or similar roles.
• Outbound sales and prospecting experience, including US markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Confident cold calls with decision-makers.
• Strong research, qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Goal-oriented with experience hitting KPIs.
• Able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across US, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads based on business needs and fit.
• Conduct initial outreach and understand prospects' challenges.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product/service presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
• Follow up consistently to nurture opportunities in early sales stages.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, meetings, and pipeline.
