pharosIQ is seeking driven individuals to launch or grow their careers in sales within a global organization. In an Outbound B2B Lead Generation role, you will contact businesses on behalf of our tech clients to generate qualified opportunities, working in a sales-driven, team-oriented environment with uncapped earning potential.

Ideal candidates are sales-focused, money-motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in sales.

Competenze

• 2+ years of B2B outbound/SDR experience in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Experience in ANZ/SEA (APAC) markets is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
