Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Payroll Operations Supervisor to oversee payroll operations across APAC in an outsourced environment. You will act as the primary liaison between payroll vendors, Digital Human Capital Management (DHCM), and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of payroll operations experience, APAC exposure.
• 2–3 years of leadership or team-leading experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, controls, compliance requirements.
• Experience managing service delivery metrics and vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations across APAC countries in an outsourced environment.
• Liaise with payroll vendors, DHCM, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payroll service delivery.
• Lead payroll governance, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage escalated payroll, compliance, and service-related issues.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members for growth.
• Support strategic projects, workforce planning, and reporting.
