Emerson is seeking a Payroll Operations Supervisor to oversee APAC payroll across assigned countries within an outsourced environment. You will liaise with payroll vendors, DHCM, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across the region.

You will lead payroll governance, monitor KPIs/SLAs, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team and coordinating strategic projects across HR and operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of payroll operations experience, including APAC payroll exposure.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll controls, statutory compliance, and vendor management.
• Experience managing service delivery and operational performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
