Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Operations and Services team in APAC. You will serve as a subject matter expert on payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service across supported APAC countries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine interfaces, perform regression testing, and securely transfer payroll data with providers and banking partners. A Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes, legislative requirements, and payroll-related matters for APAC countries.
• Process payroll interfaces, maintain schedules, and perform data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Digital and cross-functional teams on interface specs, system changes, and regression testing requirements.
• Conduct regression testing to validate payroll system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure payroll reports and files are securely transferred to payroll providers, banking partners, and business units.
• Review feedback from business units on payroll reports and update HCM/HRIS platforms accordingly.
• Serve as primary contact for business units and payroll vendors regarding payroll processing, reports, issues, and inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through timely responses and proactive support.
