Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes, legislative requirements, and payroll-related matters for supported countries across the APAC region.
• Process payroll interfaces, maintain payroll schedules, and perform payroll interface data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Digital and cross-functional teams on interface specification enhancements, system changes, and regression testing requirements.
• Conduct regression testing to validate payroll system changes and enhancements.
• Ensure payroll-related reports and files are securely transferred to and from payroll providers, banking partners, and business units.
• Review feedback from business units on payroll reports and ensure necessary updates are completed on the HCM and HRIS platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business units and payroll vendors regarding payroll processing, reports, issues, and inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through timely responses, accurate information, proactive support, and efficient processing of payroll-related requests and transactions.
