Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Operations and Services team in the APAC region. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while delivering exceptional service and strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires partnering with the DHCM team for system changes and rigorous testing, maintaining payroll data integrity, and supporting continuous process improvement across supported countries.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes for APAC countries.
• Process payroll interfaces and data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with DHCM on interface specs, system changes, and regression testing.
• Conduct regression testing to validate payroll system changes.
• Ensure secure transfer of payroll reports/files with providers and partners.
• Review feedback from business units and update HRIS as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll vendors and business units.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with timely responses and proactive support.
