Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in the Philippines seeks a Payroll Analyst to act as a subject-matter expert for APAC payroll processing and compliance. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll and deliver excellent customer service while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage payroll interfaces, conduct regression testing, and support continuous process improvements within a global automation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes and legislation for APAC.
• Process payroll interfaces and reconcile data.
• Collaborate on interface specifications and system changes.
• Conduct regression testing for payroll system changes.
• Ensure secure transfer of payroll reports with providers and partners.
• Review reports and update HCM/HRIS platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for business units and payroll vendors.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and timely payroll processing.
