Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Specialist for HR Shared Services in Taguig. The role focuses on delivering TA processes for the Manila hub, aligning with HRSS KPIs, and driving regional data audits and improvements.

You will support APAC Workday enhancements, oversee process transitions, and collaborate with regional process owners to optimize TA operations across APAC. Hybrid setup and morning/mid shift options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years HRIS experience or equivalent.
• HR Shared Services experience.
• Process transitions experience including knowledge transfer, implementation and stabilization.
• Process documentation and governance experience (SOPs, work instructions, maps, trackers).
• Philippines HR benefits processing experience.
• Talent Acquisition operations or recruitment support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the Project Manager.
• Hybrid work setup amenable; morning or mid shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Manila Hub TA processes and daily delivery aligned with HRSS KPIs.
• Coordinate KPI reporting and update tracking procedures.
• Coordinate global/regional data audits; manage issues and remedial training.
• Identify improvements and automation; support APAC process improvements.
• Assist in APAC Workday enhancements, testing, and follow-up actions.
• Support TA-related transitions and project rollout across APAC countries.
• Share TA updates with process owners across APAC and provide backup support.
