Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, in collaboration with a BPO/IT organisation, seeks a Global People Shared Services Team Lead in Taguig. The role leads HR lifecycle processes, data management, and operation excellence across geographies. Hybrid setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH, with shifting schedules.

The candidate will manage day-to-day HR SSC delivery, coach a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with onshore partners and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years leading a shared services or HR operations team.
• Experience supporting global business/shared services and end-to-end employment lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of talent administration and employment lifecycle data management.
• Familiar with ATS, ERP systems, data privacy, and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of global HR shared services.
• Ensure end-to-end employment lifecycle processes are delivered with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Act as SME and escalation point for the team, resolving complex issues.
• Monitor SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, training, and knowledge management.
• Coordinate with onshore partners and HR stakeholders to align workflows.
