Job summary

RTX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help build the APAC TA Hub and streamline recruitment across the region. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HR colleagues across countries, using language skills and operational expertise to keep hiring moving.

In this hybrid role in the Philippines, you’ll coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records in Workday, and drive process improvements that free recruiters to focus on people.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Five or more years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations or shared services.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with strong business communication skills.
• Ability to read and prepare Simplified and Traditional Chinese recruitment communications for assigned market scope.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or HR information system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Sound judgment, discretion and care when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Keep recruitment moving across APAC hubs.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and time zones and arrange interview panels, virtual meetings and candidate instructions.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment stages in Workday and other approved systems.
• Track turnaround times, workload, outstanding cases and rework against service levels; prepare operational reports.
• Provide language-supported recruitment communications in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Partner with country HR Partners to ensure communications are clear, culturally appropriate and relevant to the local market.
