HelloConnect in Taguig is seeking a Global People Shared Services Team Lead to oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage a team, ensure data accuracy, meet SLAs, and collaborate with onshore and global partners to optimize employee experience.

The role emphasizes process improvement, compliance with privacy policies, and development of training programs, with a focus on real-time reporting, issue resolution, and continuous service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a shared services HR team, with global exposure.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Life Cycle Management: oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle data processes from onboarding to offboarding across systems.
• Operational Oversight: monitor real-time data, volumes, workload, case routing, and SLA adherence.
• SME/Escalations: act as SME, resolve complex inquiries and bottlenecks with timely status updates.
