Job summary

GlobalHR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help establish our APAC TA Hub and coordinate recruitment across the region. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues across countries, using language skills and operational expertise to keep hiring moving.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews across countries, maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday, and ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition operations experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese with strong business communication.
• Ability to read and prepare Simplified/Traditional Chinese recruitment communications.
• Experience coordinating recruitment across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Practical experience with an applicant tracking system or HR information system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Keep recruitment moving by managing requisition workflows and keeping candidate records up to date in Workday and other systems.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and arrange interview panels with clear candidate instructions.
• Keep candidates and interviewers informed about schedules and next steps; follow up on feedback and outstanding actions.
• Provide language support for English and Mandarin/Cantonese in assigned recruitment activities; partner with country HR to ensure clear, culturally appropriate communications.
• Maintain recruitment data integrity, track turnaround times and performance against service levels; prepare operational reports.
